MOU Signed with Vietnam M&A Association (VMAA)

On May 8, 2026, Borderless signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Vietnam M&A Association (VMAA) for business cooperation. This MOU strengthens our collaboration framework for deal sourcing, initial screening, and administrative support in Vietnam, further enhancing our support for Japanese companies in cross-border M&A.
